Report your accident to ICBC to receive your claim number. You do not need a doctor's referral for the first 12 weeks of treatment.

Call our reception at +604-901-6678. Mention you are booking an ICBC visit and our staff will guide you through the process.

On your first visit, please bring your ICBC Claim Number, Personal Health Number (PHN), and a piece of ID.
