Moon is a former city’s basketball player. She has great passion on sports but got injured several times during her professional athletic life. That’s why she couldn’t follow her heart and decided to run her own fitness center with the hope to help others getting healthier. She keeps chasing her active lifestyle here in Canada by learning to become a PT and a Massage Therapist (soon-to-be). With her years of experience in sports and fitness, rest assured that she knows what to do and where to find your tensions (a.k.a trigger points). Viet Hong (Harry)

Massage Therapist​

Hello! I’m Viet Hong (Harry) Nguyen. I graduated from Ha Noi Medical University in Vietnam in 2017 with a Doctorate in Traditional Medicine.I specialized further with a Doctor of Internal Medicine certificate from Ha Noi Medical University and a Doctor of Rehabilitation certificate from Bach Mai Hospital. I also completed post-graduate studies at Hue Medical University, becoming a specialist in Traditional Medicine.I’ve gained valuable experience over two years at Bach Mai Hospital and four years at the Ho Chi Minh City Traditional Medicine Institute. These experiences have enriched my practice, allowing me to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care.I’m passionate about using my skills to improve patient outcomes and promote well-being

Liam

Massage Therapist​

Liam is current RMT student at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and will be obtaining his license in 2025. A range of various techniques, such as trigger point, myofascial release, deep tissue and active stretching, allow him to meet the needs of his clients. He also takes time to provide various effective homecare to improve his clients’ quality of life and aid in their recovery. Liam is fluent in English and Vietnamese Outside of work, Liam enjoys working out, going for hikes and playing badminton.

Khoa

Massage Therapist​

Khoa is a massage therapist from Finland, certified abroad by the National Supervisory Authority of Welfare and Health since 2018. He graduated from Sport Massage school in Tampere, Finland where he had a chance to do a lot of practice with different sports teams in the local area such as ice-hockey, weight lifting or gymnastics. Currently he is studying to write the next RMT board exam in BC and is also a student in the Kinesiology program at Langara College. His style of massage is to focus on the origin of the problem, trigger point therapy and soft tissue massage with the combination of osteopath and physio-style approach.

Bing

Care Specialist

Bing is a dedicated pre/postnatal care specialist and registered nurse with extensive experience in neonatal and maternal health. Currently self-employed, Bing provides personalized prenatal and postnatal services, including massage therapy, belly binding, and lactation support. Her compassionate approach supports new parents and their babies through holistic care and expert guidance.

With a strong background in neonatal units and medical wards, Bing has honed her skills in providing high-quality care to both infants and families. She is licensed in New York, Alberta, and Hong Kong and holds certifications in pre/postnatal massage and lactation care. Bing is committed to enhancing postpartum recovery and offering valuable education to new parents.
